原因：
从报错信息中可以看出，访问的路径是/solr/admin/cores，如果部署的solr带了版本号，就回找不到路径。
解决方案：
将部署在tomcat上的solr-4.10.2.war修改成solr.war，因为solrcloud不认识带版本号的solr
