mariadb字符集，

新安装的mariadb出现了乱码问题，现在将字符集编码统一设定为utf8

[root@localhost ~]# cat /etc/my.cnf
[mysqld]
datadir=/var/lib/mysql
socket=/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock

character_set_server = utf8  服务端字符集 对所有启动方式有效

lower_case_table_name = 1

default-character-set = utf8 只对安全模式启动有效
