使用pfile 启动oracle 实例时，启动失败---db_recovery_file_dest参数值在os上不存在。，oraclepfile

SQL> startup nomount pfile='/home/oracle/pfile_hou';
ORA-01261: Parameter db_recovery_file_dest destination string cannot be translated
ORA-01262: Stat failed on a file destination directory
Linux Error: 2: No such file or directory
SQL>
nomount时，会进行必要的参数检查，检查不通过，nomount会不成功。
并且检查不通过，相关的错误信息只会在sqlplus中输出，不会再alert里边输出。
*.db_recovery_file_dest='/home/oracle/flash'
在os上不存在。
