hbase 查看不了管理界面，hbase查看不了界面

hbase访问不可web界面，感觉太不科学了。仔细一看原来版本不一样，1.3.2版本的hbase的master web 默认是不运行的，所以需要自己配置默认端口。 
在hbase-site.xml中加入一下内容即可
